Lesson Fees/Sign Up
There are two fees associated with ISR lessons, one is your National Registration Fee and the other is your child's weekly lesson fee.
We do offer a sibling discount.
Registration fee does not count towards your child's weekly lesson fee.
NATIONAL REGISTRATION FEE
The ISR registration fee for new students is $130.00. This fee covers a medical screening by our Medical Registration Evaluation Team (RET) to assess the physical and developmental readiness of your child. Upon completion of your registration, you will receive an e-mail from ISR that will have a gift code for the ISR Seal Store (www.isrsealstore.com) which can be redeemed for $15 off your next purchase.
Registration fee is NOT refundable.
A baby from 6 months to 12 months of age can learn to hold their breath under water, roll onto their back and float, rest and breathe until help arrives. It takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks for a baby to master these skills.
Children ages 1 year and older can learn to hold their breath under water, swim face down, roll onto their back to float, rest and breathe, then flip back over and continue swimming. They continue this "swim-float-swim" sequence until they reach the safety of the pool side or the steps. Mastering these skills takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
After they have learned to perform these skills independently, all children then practice these skills fully clothed since most accidents happen when least expected.
Each lesson is no more than 10 minutes long and students attend lessons 5 days per week, Monday through Friday. This schedule is key for the retention of skills. Each lesson is one-on-one with me, their instructor and is individualized to meet your child’s needs and abilities.

All Children who are not FULLY potty trained for a minimum of 6 months prior to the start of their lessons must wear two bottom layers, a disposable or washable swim diaper as layer one, with a reusable HAPPY NAPPY branded swim diaper over the top of the first. You can then add a swimsuit or swim trunks over the swim diapers, if you'd like.
Krystle (Coach KK as my son calls her) is amazing and can work magic! I can't sing her praises enough. It is important for me that my son is safe around water. He loves water and has no fear. He is autistic so I wasn't sure how swim lessons would go but I knew lessons would take longer than normal. My son quickly felt comfortable with Krystle and any time he gets frustrated and throw a fit she is very calm and always reassuring him that he can do hard things. I never once have seen her get frustrated with him. She always uses a calm voice with him which is a must when working with him. Krystle has shown so much patience with my son and she is always willing to work with him where he is at. She pushes him just enough but also takes it slow when he needs it. She did everything she could to help my son feel comfortable floating on his back. (He wasn't a big fan of people touching his head or laying back in the water.) That was the biggest thing he had to overcome and at times I wasn't sure if he would ever do it on his own. There were times when I wasn't sure if he was going to graduate from the program but after 5 months he finally graduated. She celebrated right along with us! He is now in maintenance and I am in awe of how well he is doing and what a great swimmer he is becoming.
I feel very lucky to have found ISR and to have had Krystle as a coach.
